Creek Wood Subdivision, located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina is an estate lot neighborhood. The developer needed a brand identity that could be used on websites, signage, entrances and marketing materials.
The logo needed to be recreated in multiple mediums including stone, print and digital. The logo needed to also work in conjunction with the developer's existing subdivision. We developed a horizontal logo with a serif and cursive font.
